We went for Charlie's annual birthday/holiday pictures on Friday and it was quite an experience. We had an appointment which helped, but after talking about it, getting excited about it, practicing his smile, etc...he decided at the last minute, "I don't want to". I shouldn't be surprised anymore. I should expect difficulty, but he seemed so excited about it, even watched other kids do it. Needless to say, I was planning on bagging the whole idea immediately, but the wonderful girl at Kiddie Kandids persisted and she got these wonderful shots (among others). I am forever grateful for good picture taking people!
You would never know by this angelic smile and cute face that he was such a pain in the you-know-what in between shots, but there again is the girls talent for knowing when to push the button and get the shot! Comparing these to the previous years pictures makes me so sad that he's getting to big. He so much taller and leaner than even 6 months ago, he really looks like a boy now and not a baby!
