We have an aquarium in our house and it provides Aaron with his only consistent form of entertainment. He'll lay in Alex's arms (above) for several minutes (an eternity in Aaron's life)staring at the fish. He will also sit still on the floor (miraculous!) and stare at them if he catches a glimpse of them as he's racing past.

Well, yesterday, Charlie decided he needed to make a sign for the fishes. He re-did the sign several times before deciding that it was best like this (above) and he put it on the ledge of the aquarium stand.

I asked him what it says, and he replied, "well, it says 'no more fishes jumping out of the aquarium, or else', that's what it says mommy, can't you read it?" I was laughing pretty hard!
A conversation with Charlie yesterday:
C- "mommy, can you and daddy get married again tomorrow?"
Me- "daddy and I are already married, we can't get married again"
C- "oh but I didn't go to your wedding, how comes I wasn't invited?"
Me- "well, you weren't alive yet, we didn't have kiddos yet"
C- "well where was I? Did I go on vacation?"
Me- "well, part of you was in me, and part of you was in daddy, but you weren't made yet"
C- "oh, now I understand...but how comes I wasn't invited to your wedding?"
Oh boy, the questions are getting real and they are getting deep!
