Had a fantastic race today. I ran the "Bridge Run" across the Ben Franklin Bridge this morning. It was fantastic! I was thinking I wouldn't do it because I was sick earlier this week, nasty stomach virus. A friend at work convinced me to run it anyway, I had paid for it, and it could be fun. So I did. And I'm really glad!
It was freezing cold this morning, but it was a beautiful day to run. I ran, and I ran fast! My preliminary guess is 6.3 miles in 53 minutes. We started in Camden, ran across the Ben Franklin Bridge, back across and around the waterfront of Camden. I will run this again in the future for sure!
