Of course I don't have a before picture but this is our playroom after my brother-in-law (Michael) and I were done with it. I ripped up the carpet and took the baseboards off and we laid laminate wood flooring and I painted and rearranged some things, and we have a nicer looking room!
I took the doors off the closet and put some curtains up...the next step is to put hardwood shelves across the closet to make a giant built in bookshelf storage palce.
A few months ago we also put the same laminate flooring throughout the hallway and in the entrance outside of this room. I wanted it dressed up a bit, try to make it look like a nice level of our house, not just the walk-in, head straight upstairs to the main floor type of level. Mike helped us so much and it look so fabulous! I love it and am so proud of it! It also ties in nicely with the refinished wood stairs that I did that lead up to the main floor.
I'm still looking for the right curtain type things for the back doors. But otherwose it's done! Thanks again Michael!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
