We went to LBI this weekend and spent time with bubby and zayda (Alex's dad, and Janice). We had a nice time and the weather Saturday was fantastic while Sunday was great until noon when the world appeared to be coming to an end! The weekend started on Friday evening with a few beers that Charlie desperately wanted to try. Sorry kiddo, a few more years!

The next morning when I asked him to get ready for the beach, he grabbed his swimsuit and pull-up, but this is as far as he got on his own. Pull-up=hat in his mind...his silly mind that is. He really likes to make us crack up which leads me to think he's a lot like his daddy who's a total jokester!

Today we had a busy day already. Charlie had his first dentist appointment which went well. His teeth look good and there's no concerns for his little toddler mouth. We then jumped in the car and went to Downingtown to visit my mom and sister at A Basket Case. We were picking up a basket that I ordered and going out to eat with the family. It was a nice lunch, and then I spent 45 minutes on the ride home tickling and singing to Charlie so he's stay awake. I'm pretty sure he thought I was on crack! He's now napping and I'm supposed to be getting stuff done before a three night stretch at work. Instead, I'm blogging!
